IronTurf Fitness Program

the ironturf model

Dual-Zone Training. One Powerful Session.

At IronTurf, you don’t bounce between stations.

You choose your training track.

Every class is split into two distinct performance paths: "Iron" Side & "Turf" Side.

Most studios make you rotate through random stations. We don't.

At IronTurf:

You commit to one focus per session.

Programming is structured and progressive.

No two weeks are the same — we switch up the programming weekly to keep things exciting.

You train with purpose — not chaos.

Coaches give more individualized attention.

You’re not just “getting sweaty.” You’re building something.

The goal is to create lasting change through intentional programming and expert coaching. Every session is structured with purpose — designed to challenge you, guide you, and move you forward whether you’re training on the Iron side or the Turf side.

the "Iron" side

The "Iron" side is built for progressive strength training.

Using dumbbells, kettlebells, squat racks, pull-up bars, and landmines, we create dynamic, flowing strength sessions that build real power and durability. Every lift is programmed with progression in mind — not random workouts, but structured training that develops total-body strength while supporting fat loss and long-term performance.

You’re not just lifting weight.

You’re building a stronger foundation.

People working out together on rowing machines in a gym.

the "turf" side

The "Turf" side is where cardio & conditioning meets mental resilience — without gimmicks.

We use self-powered equipment only: curved treadmills, air bikes, rowers, and ski ergs. Add in sled pushes, sandbags, plyo boxes, and TRX work, and you get conditioning that demands effort and delivers results.

It’s challenging. It’s purposeful. And yes — it’s fun.

This is where limits are tested, and breakthroughs happen.
