His background includes managing major fitness brands such as The Edge Fitness Clubs and CRUNCH Fitness, giving him a deep understanding of performance, programming, and member experience at 

Coach/Owner Mitchell brings over a decade of experience in both coaching and leadership across big-box gyms and community-based training facilities. His background includes managing major fitness brands such as The Edge Fitness Clubs and CRUNCH Fitness, giving him a deep understanding of performance, programming, and member experience at every level.


Mitchell’s training style centers on mind–muscle connection and dynamic workout flow, intentionally engaging the body down to the smallest detail. 

Coach Mitchell brings unmatched energy to every session, leading from the front and setting the standard in real time. He believes the best coaching comes from shared effort, not distance.


Certifications:

He holds certifications through the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI), TRX, kettlebells, and DDP Yoga, along with a nutrition certification from NPTI.

Coach Isaac brings 12+ years of coaching experience across both big-box gyms and boutique training studios, including The Edge Fitness Clubs and Horsham Athletic Club. 


Isaac’s coaching style is rooted in innovation—ensuring every client, whether training one-on-one or in a small group, feels connected to both the workout and the long-term

Coach Isaac brings 12+ years of coaching experience across both big-box gyms and boutique training studios, including The Edge Fitness Clubs and Horsham Athletic Club. 


Isaac’s coaching style is rooted in innovation—ensuring every client, whether training one-on-one or in a small group, feels connected to both the workout and the long-term program designed for them. There’s no such thing as an "easy" session with Isaac; every exercise is intentionally challenging, engaging, and progressed with purpose to drive real, lasting results.


Certifications:

Isaac holds certifications from the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI), ZUU PT, and TRX, along with nutrition certifications through NPTI and IDEA. Additionally, Isaac is a certified Parisi Performance Coach, a nationally recognized performance training system known for developing athletes of all levels.

Wes holds an ISSA Strength & Conditioning certification, along with personal training and nutrition certifications, allowing him to take a well-rounded, informed approach to training, performance, and overall health.
